A Taste of Crete, From Its Source
At La Bouillabaisse, the journey from producer to plate starts with a single fishing boat returning at dawn. Extra virgin olive oil comes from our own olive grove in Anoskeli, while vegetables are sourced from an organic farm in Ierapetra. Local cheeses, honey and other ingredients are carefully selected from trusted small producers across Crete.
This connection to the land and sea shapes the menu, resulting in cuisine that remains rooted in the island while bringing a fresh perspective to its flavours.
